MONDAY- Day 1 JUICING AND SMOOTHIES

Green Smoothies, a variety of delicious, luscious, and juicy smoothies incorporating fresh leafy greens

Superfood Smoothies, adding super nutrient-dense foods such as maca, goji, cacao, chlorella, and more

We will make:

Raw Soups- savory, easy to prepare concoctions including:
-Spicy Thai Pumpkin

-The Alkalizer- green energy soup

TUESDAY Day 2 LEAFY GREENS

eat as many leafy greens as possible!

We will discuss how to select, store, and incorporate into your daily program a variety of these extremely beneficial foods. We will  also prepare and enjoy:

Green Salads with living Green Dressing

WEDNESDAY Day 3 SOAKING AND DEHYDRATING NUTS AND SEEDS

It is important to properly soak and rinse nuts and seeds in order to neutralize the phytates they naturally contain, which can cause mineral depletion in the body. Soaking also renders these foods more easily digestible and assimilated. Learn to make raw crackers and more with nutrient-rich nuts, seeds and vegetables!

THURSDAY Day 4 LOW FAT RAW VEGAN LIFESTYLES

Many people are interested in fruitarianism these days!! Learn about the 80 10 10 diet and a low fat vegan lifestyle.

We will make:

Watermelon Juice

Fruit Soup

Banana Ice Cream

FRIDAY Day 5 DESSERTS!!! *
